Product can be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in new and original condition with box and sticker, if any, still attached, and the receipt or invoice. Product can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from date of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. Item purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return. We only arrange shipment for those order over S$ 100.00 for local customers. Less than S$100.00 order we offer customers the option to order online and pick up at store.
