Original receipt or invoice is needed for exchange or return within 5 days from date of purchase. Product can be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in new and original condition with box and sticker, if any, still attached, and the receipt or invoice. Product can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from date of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. Item purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return. We only arrange shipment for those order over S$ 100.00 for local customers. Less than S$100.00 order we offer customers the option to order online and pick up at store. Please allow 24 Hours from the time you place your order for it to be fulfilled. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been proceed and is ready to pick up. All oversea customers' order will be shipped out within 3 working days once stock available.
