Product can be exchanged or returned provided that the product is in new and original condition with box and sticker, if any, still attached, and the receipt or invoice. We only arrange shipment for those order over S$ 100.00 for local customers. Less than S$100.00 order we offer customers the option to order online and pick up at store. Please allow 24 Hours from the time you place your order for it to be fulfilled. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been proceed and is ready to pick up.
